  • Savantha De Saram appointed Senior Partner of D.L. & F. De Saram with effect from 2nd April 2018. Savantha was called to the Bar in 1999. His areas of expertise include Corporate and Commercial, Project Finance, Infrastructure Projects, Securitization, Information Technology, Admiralty, Shipping and International Trade.

  • Aruni Marcelline appointed Partner – Head of Conveyancing with effect from 31st of January 2018. She was called to the Bar in the year 1998 and has an extensive work experience exceeding 20 years which includes 9 years at Nithya Partners where she was appointed a Partner in the year 2007 and has been a part of the firm for over 6 years. Her academic and professional qualifications include an LL.M in Commercial Law from University of Aberdeen and Attorney-at-Law of the Supreme Court of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Her areas of practice include Conveyancing and Property Development, Securitisation/ Debt Market Practice, Corporate and Commercial Law.

  • Aloka Nandesena appointed as Partner – Head of the Corporate and Commercial, called to the Bar in the year 2008 which includes 3 and a half years at the Colombo Stock Exchange and has been with the firm for over 5 years. Her professional qualifications include an LLB (Hons), University of London, LL.M (University of Colombo), Attorney-at-Law of the Supreme Court of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka and Notary Public. Her areas of practice include Corporate and Commercial Law, Project Finance and Infrastructure Projects.

  • Dasuni Wijesiriwardena appointed Partner – Head of Litigation, called to the Bar in 2009 and has been a part of the firm since the inception of her career. Her academic and professional qualifications include LL.B (Hons), University of London, LL.M (Hons) in Corporate and Commercial Law, Queen Mary University of London, Attorney-at-Law of the Supreme Court of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, Post Attorney Diploma in Intellectual Property Law. Her areas of practice include Civil and Commercial Litigation, Dispute Resolution and Arbitration.
